What happened
I treated the copyright confirmation as interface friction and deleted it. The screen got shorter. The product got less responsible.
The correction was not better microcopy. It was restoring an explicit moment where the person confirms that they have the right to process the audio. Legal and trust boundaries belong in the product contract even when removing them makes a flow look smoother.
